The FSMA - Full Service and Maintenance Agreement
The FSMA is an all-inclusive service and maintenance contract based on charge per click.
It is inclusive of: All consumables (except media), all spare parts, service labour and preventive maintenance calls and visits.
FSMA customers are considered high priority VIP customers.
