“Management Business Machine” (M&BM) Ltd is a private Bulgarian company which began its business activity in June 1991 and since then it has been constantly developing.

We've been a leader on the Bulgarian market in the following directions:

• Production, wholesale and retail trade of computer paper, preprinted forms and  M&BM brand  office paper
• Wholesale of office consumables and XEROX  copy paper
• Delivery, installation and  servicing for the whole range of XEROX machines
• Outsourcing of printing, enveloping and delivery of documentation to customers of big organizations, banks and companies over the territory of the whole country

M&BM Ltd. is the first company in this field, which was certified for quality system ISO 9001 by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance for the above-mentioned activities in November 2000.

M&BM Ltd. has been a “XEROX Bulgaria” EOOD dealer since 1993, and since 2006 we have been a XEROX Premium Partner.
We’ve been representatives of Koehler AG – Germany for Bulgaria since 1994 which is one of the biggest producers of carbonless, thermal and luxury paper.

Since 2008 M&BM Ltd. is a business partner of the Swiss E2E Technologies Ltd. - a global software company offering the ultimate breakthrough in enterprise software integration.

Our team has rich experience in implementation of solutions for big organizations and corporate customers. M&BM Ltd is a preferred business partner because of its well-developed structure. It covers all 28 (twenty-eight) regional centres and bigger municipals in the country. The company has more than 1200 people on staff.

M&BM Ltd operates a Data Processing and Composition centre in Sofia and Printing centers in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Veliko Tarnovo. We use our own distribution network on the territory of the whole country in order to perform end-to-end outsourcing service. High-production printing and enveloping machines are installed in our printing centers. The working process organization enables 24/7 utilization of the production capacities.

M&BM Ltd was granted a license by the Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) with a certificate No 0080/27.09.2007 for executing non-universal postal services. We have a certificate for a personal data administrator No 6531/ 09.06.2005, issued by Commission for Personal Data Protection. In this way, the company has established and effectively applies the necessary technology for data processing which guarantees information security.
